To purchase and install durable permanent planters and hanging baskets around the village.
Carrickfergus Borough Council completed a trio of projects in Whitehead, ranging from attracting visitors to improving the quality of life for those living and working in the village.
The first of these projects to complete was the Whitehead Floral Scheme, which was identified in the Whitehead Masterplan as an opportunity to improvr the physical appearance of the vilage.
