PROJECT SUMMARY

Renovation of premises, construction of and marketing support of purpose built wine storage facility.

BACKGROUND

The Wine Byer involves provision of a cellerage which stores fine and specialist wines on behalf of clientele.  The business also invests in wines on behalf of clientele who are seeking to become involved in wine investment. 

ACTIVITIES

Funded under Axis 3, through ARC North West, the project involved:

• Building Works for renovation of premises and construction of purpose built wine storage facility
• Security to include infrared beams, movement detectors, alarms, link-up, PSNI charge, CCTV security cameras & gate
• Marketing Support to include brand development, Web design, Online Marketing Tools, Graphic Design (point of sale displays & exhibition graphics)

As the business develops, the promoter would also intend to offer wine tasting sessions and workshops on site for interested individuals and groups who wish to invest in wine or learn about wine.
