To appoint a consultant to undertake a Village Plan for Seaforde. The Village Plan will be used to identify future projects which can be delivered for the benefit of the local community.
Seaforde is a rural village located between Downpatrick and Newcastle in Co Down. The Seaforde & District Community Association was established in February 2009. Seaforde and District Community Association are keen to utilise a strategic approach to develop potential projects in the local area, and that by devising a Village Plan projects can be prioritized and initiated.
