The implementation of a ladderless cleaning system by SMC Cleaning Services to increase efficiency of the business.
SMC Cleaning Services operates a window cleaning and power wash cleaning business in the rural areas of the Limavady Borough Council area.
Funded under Axis 3, through ARC North West, the promoter invested in a ‘ladderless’ cleaning system with water fed pole and associated equipment. The ‘ladderless’ cleaning system allows the promoter to clean windows from a stationary position on the ground. The promoter can clean above ground level windows as and when required without having to use a ladder. This reduces the time taken to complete a job and increases the promoter’s ability to undertake more work. The system also allows the promoter to clean guttering, facia, patios, drives and walls.
