The conversion of a 200 year old stone farm building into a high quality 2 bedroom self catering cottage which can sleep up to 6 people.
Funded under Axis 3, through Down Rural Area Partnership, the project funded the renovation of a farm building into NITB 4* classified self catering accommodation.
This has helped to consolidate and expand an existing diversification business on farmed land to provide an increased income for a farm family.
