To create a purpose built farrier's forge and associated storage units.
Established farrier, Eamon McCann, operated a mobile service to approximately sixty customers. Mr McCann identified a need to develop the business and to create a permanent Farrier's Forge which would offer increased customers base and therefore revenue.
The expansion of and development of an existing farrier business to include a new purpose built farriers forge allowing the business to undertake a hot shoeing service as well as providing a remedial farriery service working in conjunction with equine veterinary surgeons.
