The applicant received funding to purchase a horse walker and prepare the site to enhance faciities at Mill Yard.
Mill Yard Equestrian Centre is a small family run livery yard situated outside Anahilt. The facility is run by Lucy Kerr with the help of her family. The business currently offers a range of facilities from livery to events such as jumping and dressage. The yard is a BHS approved livery yard set in a quiet rural area.
The promoter has realised that due to time constraints and poor weather conditions, there is difficulties in getting horses walked and ensure fitness is kept to a high standard.
