This project aimed to add an extension to the side of the Mourne Seafood Bar premises.
To add an extension to the side of the Mourne Seafood Bar premises to create a restaurant space which will have the facility to seat up to forty customers and may also be used as a small function room. The extension will also create the space for a meeting area, where customers may sit to enjoy pre meal drinks prior to their tables being ready and after they have finished their meal.
Funding from DRAP allowed the applicant to pay for construction and decorating works on the extension.
