To develop a play park for the village of Ballykinlar and surrounding rural area.
An integrated Village Plan identified the need for a safe play area as one of the main needs of the village. There was no other play parks or play facilities within the local area. Funding from DRAP allowed the applicant to appoint a contractor to design and build the playpark.
