The project aim was to develop a fully accessible self catering facility (to sleep up to 8 people) with a view to develop a rural business.
Catherine and Desmond O’Neill applied for funding to build a self-catering accommodation on their property in Castlewellan, with particular emphasis on providing a ‘home from home’ service for guests with mobility impairments.
Funding from DRAP helped the applicant to develop a 4*, fully accessible self-catering facility to sleep up to 8 people.
