To appoint an appropriately qualified and competent consultant to undertake a Village Plan for Carrowdore village and surrounding area with a view to creating a strategic overview of potential projects which may be implemented to enhance the locale.
Carrowdore is a small village based in the Borough of Ards. Carrowdore Early Years Centre was originally established in 1989 and in 2011 the constitution was amended to include Community Development. Carrowdore Early Years and Community Development Centre wish to develop an integrated Village Plan for the area to include Carrowdore and its environs.
