Construction and maintenance of a website and the provision of ICT suite and public access to the internet for the Camlough community.
Camlough Community Associations objective is to co-ordinate community based initiatives by networking with statutory bodies, voluntary organisations and the most isolated and disadvantaged groups in their area. Through consultation and community engagement the group realised that access to computers and the internet was very limited in the area due to finance/ location/lack of broadband. The need for access to computers, to information on jobs, advice on health issues, benefits, leisure activities were all limited for this rural area.

The project has provided the local community with a resource much in demand. The number of users of the community ICT and internet access facilities is increasing and an interactive, community forum website is progressing.
