The completion of an economic appraisal to ascertain the feasiblity of a mountain bike trail at Barnetts Demense.
Countryside Access and Activites Network (CAAN) was established in 1999 and is an umbrella organisation that brings together organisations that have an interest in or involvement with outdoor recreation. Both CAAN and Belfast City Council wish to create a network of sustainable mountain bike trails within land owned by Belfast City Council within Barnetts Demense.
The project involved the funding of the economic appraisal to green book standard.
