PROJECT SUMMARY
To establish two five star self-catering units with specialist facilities and services for anglers, hill walkers, cyclists, golfers and thos interested in country pursuits.
ACTIVITIES
The primary market for the business is visiting anglers. The complex will provide specialist facilities for anglers to include a drying room, secure storage for rods, waders, nets etc.
Funded under Axis 3, through ARC North West, funding included:
- Construction of two self-catering units with communal open space and car parking
- One storage facility
