AJM Precision Engineering is a family owned and managed precision engineering business founded in 1983 by Mr Archie McCallister. In order to secure and strengthen the future of the business the applicant purchased a range of machines that would enable them to carry out certain types of tooling in house. This meant he could offer more services and a faster turnaround to customers.
Funding from DRAP enabled AJM Engineering needs to purchase a CNC lathe machine, a CNC Milling machine and a CMC machine centre. This resulted in the creation of further employment opportunities for a full time employee and an apprentice.
