To refurbish Madden School house in order to facilitate the provision of childcare, pre-school facility, youth groups, senior citizens and other Government bodies for talks and information sessions.
1. To complete refurbishment by 30th November 2011 2. To Launch opening of centre by January 2012 3. To employ 3 full time child care officers by January 2012 4. To open Pre-school by January 2012.
