UK National Rural Network Conference Report Now AvailableThe final report, presentations and more from the first UK National Rural Network conference are now available. The event was held in Belfast in March 2010 and attracted delegates from the across the UK and further afield.
The two day event consisted of a full day of presentations, workshops and table discussions followed by a networking dinner. The second day also included two practical fieldtrips.
On the UK National Rural Network website you can find a range of information from the conference, including a full final report and presentations from speakers, including Dr Kate Braithwaite of the Carnegie UK Trust and Michael Dower and John Davies from the European Network for Rural Development.

Revised Planning Guidelines for Building in Rural ...
"Under this policy does anyone think we would be able to divide a cottage and annexe (orignally the condition stated the two must not be separated) into two properties. Would any clause in this new policy provide hope for us to divide the property into two?"
