Mid Term Review of Programme...
"I think that it is now time to take on board what the new governments of the world are doing and get rid of the public sector wastage that has dragged this country down for so long. We have western economies on the brink of collapse while our public funds are being drained by these talking shop quangos who regurgitate the same crap at a very expensive cost to the taxpayer with irrelevant programmes and support that never makes any real impact on the health of the rural economy or social well-being of the rural dwellers. I say let''s give the thirty grand alaries to the people who do the real work in rural areas not the bureaucrats who can''t manage themselves never mind projects, yet we have to pay them for their uselessness."
